Travel with us to the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius, on this fantastic guided holiday to Lithuania. Straddling the Neris and Vilnia rivers, Vilnius offers visitors a wonderful blend of old and new. On the north bank of the Neris River is the growing business district with its gleaming modern skyscrapers, while on the south we’ll find the UNESCO listed Old Town, home to a warren of medieval cobbled streets, as well as buildings and churches from the Baroque, Gothic, Renaissance and Russian architectural styles. On this 3-night holiday, we’ll enjoy a half-day guided city tour with one of our expert local guides, as well as ample time to discover Lithuanian culture and explore the many historical attractions, museums, cafés and restaurants that this charming city has to offer at a leisurely pace.

Arrive in Vilnius
Upon arrival in Vilnius, you will be met by our local representative at the airport before being transferred to your hotel. Your guide will share some information about the local region.

Walking Tour of Vilnius
After breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide for a half day tour of Vilnius Old Town. You will visit the Vilnius Cathedral and enjoy the views of the nearby Gediminas Castle. The tour also includes a visit to St. Anne's Church, a gem of the Lithuanian Gothic style, the Vilnius University, Vilnius Town Hall, the Jewish Quarter and the Dawn Gate with its famous and miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary.
